Job Description
iDynamics Software Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who is proficient in Chinese to develop new sales opportunities and maintain customer relations. Key responsibilities include generating sales through outbound cold calls, understanding customer needs, and upselling our products and services. The ideal candidate will have proven inside sales experience, strong phone presence, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is a plus.
