Job Responsibilities:
- Input and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other software systems.
- Assist in the creation and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Assist in the organization and upkeep of office supplies.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, or specific projects.
- Work closely with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
- Assist in special projects or assignments as directed by supervisors.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in business-related courses i.e. Marketing, Account/Finance, Construction/Civil Engineering, Agriculture/Plantation/Agrotechnology, IT/Computer Science.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
