Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
Job Requirements:
- High school/diploma/Degree
- 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Autocount software (value-added)
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM4,00.00 – RM500,00.00 per month
