Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist clients from email enquiries to walk-in and phone calls.
- Learn and understand our products to effectively propose to clients.
- Provide high-quality service and handle customer requirements.
- Take responsibility for your work to increase sales.
- Promote our range of apparel printing products.
- Offer excellent sales service and share product knowledge with customers.
- Follow up promptly and professionally on customer orders.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent or Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Flexible with working hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
