Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and emails
• Process customer orders and generate accurate invoices
• Provide product information, pricing, and assistance with order placements
• Update customers on new products, promotions, and delivery of goods
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues
• Assist customers with the collection of goods at the office
• Liaise with head office, suppliers, and vendors
• Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
• Experience with Auto Count system is an advantage
