Job Description
Join JEV Management & Trading as an Indonesian & English Speaking Support Specialist! We are seeking candidates with a minimum Diploma qualification. No experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Your role involves managing inbound calls and live chats to assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, while also providing accurate information and promoting products as needed.
This full-time position offers a salary of RM 3,00 to RM 4,00 per month, with benefits including EPF, SOCSO, annual and medical leaves, training, and OT allowances. Work hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.
