Job Description

Company Overview

We are representing our client, Krava Studio Enterprise, who is one of the leading Telecommunication companies in Malaysia. Our established client is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate to fill their current job opening.

  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries promptly from Postpaid customers accurately and professionally.
  • Follow up and resolve customers complaints and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
  • Handling general enquiries exp: billing, account, promotion etc.
  • Follow up and resolve customers complaints and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
  • Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and productivity.
  • Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
  • Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
  • Upsell and cross-sell skills with ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions.
  • Any other duties assigned by the team leader.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Experienced in contact centre/customer service/ customer support /BPO working environment.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Only Malaysians Citizens are eligible to apply.
  • Willing to work in Shift & Rotation basis.
  • Must be Fully Vaccinated with Booster.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,400.00 per month
