Job Description
Join our team at City World Trading as an Inbound Customer Service Executive. This role is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, with rotating shifts and a 12-month renewable contract starting on May 5, 2025.
Salary range is RM 2,500 to RM 3,500, with additional allowances for shifts and language proficiency. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid training, medical claims, annual leaves, and more.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, and the ability to work flexible hours. Verification of vaccination status is required.
