Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets of a minimum of 10 units of motorcycles monthly
- Implement sales strategies and tactics, both online and on-ground
- Manage and maintain good relationships with customers
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries and manage order delivery
- Plan and execute sales activities and monitor individual and team sales targets
- Research and analyze sales trends in the market
- Recommend solutions and establish rapport with customers, providing various options of motor
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM holder
- No sales experience is required as we believe the right attitude trumps sales experience any day
- Preference will be given to those with experience in B2B
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Malay language
- Self-starter with great initiative and attitude towards work
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Possess good interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
