Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Import Export Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of import and export operations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all shipments are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee import and export shipments from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding shipment status, customs procedures, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the import/export process, working closely with internal teams, shipping agents, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export laws, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance and avoid any potential penalties or delays.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to expand the import/export business and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in import/export customer service or a related field.
- Proficient in handling various import/export documentation and customs procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively resolve any issues that may arise.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure accuracy in all import/export operations.
