Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient and punctual freight processes, meeting client specifications.
  • Coordinate import and export operations daily, liaising between clients, service providers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for inbound/import custom clearance procedures.
  • Ensure job finalization regarding Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) statuses for accurate month-end financial closure.
  • Source and negotiate competitive rates from carriers, co-loaders, and NVOCC to optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customs, agents, carriers, co-loaders, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards, adhering to company protocols.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments delegated by superiors.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Mandarin speaker required.
