Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Implementation Support Analyst to join our team. As an Implementation Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to clients in implementing ArcGIS software solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ArcGIS software.
- Collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Developing and conducting training sessions to educate clients on the efficient and effective use of ArcGIS software.
- Providing ongoing support to clients to ensure successful implementation and adoption of ArcGIS.
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills with experience in ArcGIS or similar GIS software.
- Proficiency in IT systems and understanding of databases.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Geography, or a related field.
