Job Description

• Handle recruitment procedures, issue employment letters, and update employee records.
• Manage HR and admin documentations including drafting, submission, and filing.
• Ensure employees adhere to company handbook and guidelines.
• Create and maintain HR policies, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs for employee development.
• Assist new employees with adjusting to the company environment.
• Prepare meeting minutes with internal and external parties.
• Handle payroll, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and EA Form.
• Regulate attendance, employee leave, and medical certificates.
• Maintain positive employer-employee relationships.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.
