Job Description

Join XTS Technologies Sdn Bhd as a Human Resources Executive! You will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee relations. Your expertise will ensure compliance with local labor laws and assist in payroll and HR administration.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related fields, with 1-3 years of experience. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS, and knowledge of Malaysian labor laws are essential.

The position offers a full-time role with a monthly salary of RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00, plus benefits.
