Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of our company’s human resource activities.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
- Ensuring effective onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Monitoring employee performance and providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Handling employee relations and addressing employee grievances promptly.
- Maintaining and updating employee records and handling all HR-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Manager.
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
