Job Description
- Ensured staff records are maintained confidentially and systematically, including training records, employee profiles, and employment contracts for expatriates both Management and Operations.
- Provided Human Resource administrative support in correspondences including probation, confirmation, transfer, promotion, contract renewal, memos, letters to internal and external parties, and staff movement in coordination with the Head of Departments.
- Managed the full spectrum of recruitment functions, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and placing potential candidates according to the business requirements.
- Preparation of employment documentation for new joiners such as Letters of Employment, Training Bond Agreements, Account Opening Letters, Questionnaire Forms, Personal Data Protection Notice Letters, and other related forms/letters.
- Responsible for Visa & Work Permits administrations – Ensured the work permit/employment pass, visa application, and special pass for foreign employees are active and liaised with immigration officers.
