Job Description
Pakar HR Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to assist in aligning the Human Resource Department with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the HR Expert in resolving conflicts, handling complaints, and managing disciplinary issues.
- Overseeing full HR functions including payroll administration, recruitment planning, compensation, and benefits.
- Providing HR reports and administrative support.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
