Job Description
- Assist HR Specialist in aligning Human Resource Department functions with organizational goals.
- Support HR Specialist in resolving conflicts, handling complaints, and managing disciplinary matters.
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including payroll administration, staffing planning, compensation, and benefits.
- Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support.
- Diploma/Degree in related field required.
- 2-5 years of work experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of Employment Act 1955 preferred.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
