Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Full life cycle recruiting: End-to end recruitment process including preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and fulfill manpower within time frame.
- Source candidate proactively from various recruitment online portal and offline channel.
- Manager all recruitment platforms and build relationships by linking up with school, college and universities.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior.
