Job Description
Responsibility:
- Able to handle day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Process HR’s documentation (Personal File, Leave Records, Attendance, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Promotion, etc).
- Assist in payroll preparation including Salary, Overtime, Allowance & Deduction.
- Maintains management guidelines and Human Resource Policies.
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative assignments given by superior.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in HR Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Organized, disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Possess a strong sense of commitment and time management.
- Ability to SPEAK IN MANDARIN.
- Required Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
