Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Executive. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company’s human resources activities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and managing candidate evaluations.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Managing employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Developing and implementing employee training and development programs.
