Job Description

REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma in Human Resources
  • Fresh graduates are welcome or 1 year of experience in HR middle management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate to all levels, peers, line managers, senior staff members, and academics in a positive manner
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting
  • Update and check employee’s daily attendance and leave applications
  • Ability to handle confidential data and information
  • Ability to organize and oversee multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Assist in payroll computation
  • Ensure employee database records are up-to-date
  • Responsible for all human resource operation functions, such as preparing appointment letters, transfers, confirmations, promotions, acceptance of resignations, claims, and more
  • Handle general office administration and maintenance-related works
  • Find solutions if problems occur related to employees
  • Assist HR Executive
  • Monitor all staff performance
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,100.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
