Job Description
1. Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, registering employees into the company, termination
2. Prepare/arrange payroll
3. Handle/arrange employee leave
4. Claiming
5. Administering compensations and benefits of employees
6. Communicate with operation team about duty roster, scheduling, cross-check clock-in machine about OT
7. Employee relations
8. Explain career path progression
9. KPI tracking
10. Filing and documentation (invoice, paperwork, etc)

Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
