Job Description

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities (excluding production & engineering facilities)
  • Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards and legislations.
  • Serving as a point of contact between employees and management
  • Handling external communications including meetings with government officials, vendors, etc.
  • Managing office budgets, maintenance, and other administrative-related expenses
  • Handling HR-related tasks, such as recruitment and on-boarding of new employees.
  • Managing employee records and ensuring compliance to HR policies.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of office space and common areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
  • Managing the relationship with office service providers, such as cleaning, disposal, and maintenance companies.
  • Resolving administrative issues and challenges that arise within the office.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Coordinating special projects as assigned by the Managing Director.
