Job Description
Requirement
- You have minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in human resources.
- You possess good computer literacy with office and HR related tools (MS Office and payroll applications).
- Independent, strong and willing to work alone within the department.
- Familiar with Malaysia labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks.
- Strong communication skills through phone, e-mail, and in-person.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and possess the right attitude and aptitude to learn and improve company HR processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
Job Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist with HR-related documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate and oversee office maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, office safety regulations, and HR procedures.
- Maintain documentation related to HR and office maintenance.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management.

Salary: From RM2,500.00 per month
