MOOTIARA DOT COM is seeking an experienced and efficient Human Resources Admin to join our team. As a Human Resources Admin, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
- Efficiently manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports for management and financial purposes.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, handling employee inquiries, concerns, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Manage attendance records and leave requests, maintaining accurate records.
- Oversee KPIs and employee performance evaluations, facilitating improvements and growth.
- Liaise with landlord, contractors, and suppliers on behalf of the company.
- Liaise with government bodies and local council for licenses and permits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage and maintain office assets, cleanliness, access system, and utilities.
- Performing ad hoc tasks from time to time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR management roles, demonstrating expertise in payroll, recruitment, discipline, and administration.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, local labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Must have proficiency in Excel and other MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Working Hours:
9.00 am – 6.00 pm, Monday – Friday (Saturday alternate & half day).
