QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Management or Human Resources.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Reside near Cyberjaya and possess own transport.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Manage training procedures and certification requirements, including Annual Training Plan and Training Matrix.
2. Handle work permit applications for Sarawak and Sabah, ensuring compliance with Immigration regulations.
3. Review training techniques, propose program improvements, and participate in ISO & Audit for Training Procedure.
4. Support admin activities for process optimization.
5. Address employee complaints and resolve conflicts.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
