Recruitment Assistance:

• Help with posting job openings and screening resumes.
• Coordinate interviews and provide support.

Onboarding Support:

• Assist in welcoming new hires.
• Help with orientation materials and sessions.

Data Management:

• Maintain and update employee records.
• Ensure HR information is accurate and confidential.

HR Documentation:

• Help prepare HR documents like offer letters.
• Keep all paperwork organized.

Employee Relations Support:

• Assist in addressing employee questions.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.

Compliance Assistance:

• Help ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Stay updated on labor laws.

Administrative Support:

• Provide general admin support to the HR team.
• Handle assigned tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Salary: RM500.00 per month

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
