Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing and administration of the foreign workers’ payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly payroll activities.
· Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll, maintaining employees’ information and payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
· Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records, adhere to payroll policies and procedures, and comply with a relevant legal requirement.
· Execute foreign workers’ renewal of passport, and permit and also on board and repatriation process.
· Attend to foreign workers’ disciplinary issues by recommending a creative and effective way of solutions.
· Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by superior and/or management.
Role Requirements:
· Possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Psychology or equivalent.
· Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially in excel.
· Knowledgeable of Malaysia labour regulations is added advantage.
· Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Able to work independently as well as a team player.
· Willing and ready to grasp the challenge in managing foreign workers’ welfare.
· Good command in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
· Good interpersonal, communication skills and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
