Job Description
Foreign Worker Management
Responsibilities
- Payroll
- Preparing monthly payroll, overtime pay, etc.
- Reviewing attendance records for accurate wage calculations.
- Checking overtime claims and attendance records for leave management.
- Employee Relations
- Assisting in employee relation issues, counseling, and investigations.
- Training employees on disciplinary matters.
- Handling disciplinary issues and grievances.
- Foreign Worker Management
- Maintaining foreign worker database and documentation.
- Coordinating work permits, repatriation, and related matters.
Requirements:
1. Good working attitude
2. Good attendance
3. Willing to work in Kajang, Selangor – 5 days a week
4. Minimum 2 years of work experience
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 6 pm
Benefits: EPF & Socso, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Monthly Bonus, OT

Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
