Job Description
- Planning HR activities annually (HR Calendar)
- Preparing & monitoring HR Budgets
- Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair
- Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Creating & updating Employee Handbook
- Handle staff who breach contract of employment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Monitoring & participating in recruitment and selection process
- Overseeing the payroll function
- Familiar with HR System (Infotech / SQL)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM4,200.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
