Job Description

• Planning HR activities annually (HR Calendar)
• Preparing & monitoring HR Budgets
• Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair
• Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
• Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
• Creating & updating Employee Handbook
• Handle staff who breach contract of employment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Monitoring & participating in recruitment and selection process
• Overseeing the payroll function
• Familiar with HR System (Infotech / SQL)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM4,200.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
