Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team.
As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures.
You will work closely with department heads and senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that our organization has the right talent, culture, and structure to support our growth and success.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievance, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
