Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. As a Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the human resources department.
Your main duties will include recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support the strategic goals of the company.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is required.
