Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR & admin Job
- Manage and maintain HR document and records in a systematic order
- Independently handle comprehensive HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee training and development.
- Manage employee relations, address employee issues, and listen to concerns or complaints, aiming to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Timely preparing monthly payroll including executing data cleaning, staff claims, overtime, and timesheets.
- Support in liaising with statutory authorities i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN & HRDF related issues where necessary.
- Handling ad-hoc or any other related task that may be assigned from time to time.
- Managing office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative tasks.
