Company Background:

Our client, Agensi Pekerjaan Asia Recruit Sdn Bhd, is Malaysia’s largest education technology company that matches students with colleges and universities locally and overseas. They are currently seeking a Human Resource Executive to join their team at the Sunway office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process and facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees.
• Coordinate training programs to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning.
• Support the implementation of career development initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits programs in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Contribute to HR projects such as employee surveys, policy changes, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of preferable experience in Human Resources (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered).
• Sound knowledge and exposure to HR practices and Employment Act.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
