Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the Performance Management System i.e. TNA, HRDF, Employee’s Personal File, annual appraisal form and etc.
- To assist in the up keeping employees’ performance database and evaluation records.
- Ensure proper documentation, accuracy and handles HR documentation in the most confidential manner.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by Section Head.
