Job Description
* Responsible for the recruitment process including advertisement, arranging interviews, renewal, etc. for both local and foreign workers.
* Handle HR related terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, induction training, payroll processing, and other associated tasks and reports.
* Manage staff attendance records, disciplinary actions, administrative duties, and welfare-related matters.
* Oversee HRDF process and staff training.
* Handle all insurance-related matters.
* Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
