Job Description

• Support all HR related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain proper employee records, including preparing letters and other related documents.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including candidate identification, reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
• Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, and maintain agendas.
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
• Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
• Complete termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
