Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To manage full spectrum of HR Management functions
- Ability to handle employee grievances and disputes and disciplinary action
- Ensure Industrial Relations policies are well formulated, hands-on experience in domestic inquiries, provide advice on labour legislations and its implications
Requirements:
- Possess a recognized degree in Human Resource or equivalent and at least 5 years of working experience
- Able to communicate and interact with various levels of staff
- Computer literate, experience in operating HR software
- Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
