Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Support the onboarding process.
• Ensure accurate HR documentation.
• Provide statistical reporting on employment statistics.
• Handle daily HR inquiries from employees.
• Assist in company events and incoming calls as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the superior.

The Successful Applicant:

• Diploma/Degree in HR Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 1 year HR experience in recruitment.
• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Note: Position starts between December 2024 and April 2025.

Pay: RM1,600.00 – RM2,200.00 per month.
