Job Description
As an HSSE Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) programs and initiatives within our organization. You will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all employees.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating HSSE policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Leading the development and delivery of HSSE training programs.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing measures to mitigate potential hazards.
- Monitoring and analyzing HSSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Investigating incidents and accidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborating with other departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in HSSE management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
