Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRBP Executive to join our dynamic team. As an HRBP Executive, you will be responsible for partnering with the business leaders to provide strategic HR support and drive HR initiatives to ensure the achievement of business goals.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition and retention, overseeing performance management processes, facilitating employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will act as a consultant to the business, providing expert advice on HR matters and assisting with organizational development and change management initiatives.
Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HRBP roles. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are also required.
