Job Description

Work Location: Shah Alam
Salary: Up to RM8,00 (13th month salary)
Work Schedule: Monday till Friday/ 9am till 6pm (with OT as and when is needed)
Job Scope:
- Supervise warehouse manpower agencies, handling various HR management tasks including attendance and leave tracking, payroll and billing processes, worker life-cycle management, training initiatives, performance evaluations, and addressing disciplinary issues.
- Optimize the salary, benefit and welfare system for warehouse staff, collaborating with the Warehouse Management to enhance and qualify the assessment scheme, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness in warehouse operations.
- Implement organization culture in the warehouse, fostering an efficient and streamlined front-line operational organization to support business in Malaysia and other countries (if any).
- Collaborate with HR TD/OC team to lead warehouse projects focused on employee satisfaction improvement, atmosphere enhancement, team building, training, etc.
- Undertake additional human resources administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree and above in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in handling HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc., preferably from the large-scale warehousing or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Able to work under pressure with a competitive spirit.
- A self-starter with the ability to multitask.

Salary: RM5,00.00 – RM8,00.00 per month
