Job Description
Main Purpose of Role:
The HR Service Center Specialist will maintain accurate employee information, ensuring compliance with the organization’s legal obligations while supporting effective human resource management and planning.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process changes to HR programs and policies, ensuring accurate implementation.
- Maintain secure employee records in the HRIS.
- Manage personal information, job history, and other HR-related documentation.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management and compliance.
- Respond to inquiries about HR information, maintaining confidentiality.
