Are you passionate about finding the perfect talent to contribute to an organization’s success? As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates for various positions within the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conducting candidate sourcing through various channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and conducting initial interviews to identify the most suitable candidates for further evaluation.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
