Job Description
Are you passionate about finding the perfect talent to contribute to an organization’s success? As an HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates for various positions within the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conducting candidate sourcing through various channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and conducting initial interviews to identify the most suitable candidates for further evaluation.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Providing regular updates and reports to management regarding recruitment activities and progress.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
