Job Description
As an HR & Payroll Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the human resources and payroll functions of our company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering and managing the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees
- Maintaining employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Preparing and analyzing payroll reports, including tax deductions, overtime, and leave balances
- Monitoring and implementing payroll-related legislation and regulations
- Handling employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and leave management
- Assisting in recruitment and selection processes
- Conducting performance evaluations and maintaining performance records
