Job Description:

Oversee Operations, HR, and Admin functions at the outlet.
Manage job postings and conduct interviews.
Assist with onboarding and arrange accommodations for staff.
Ensure staff hostels comply with Akta 446 regulations.
Handle documentation and administrative duties.
Support payroll processing and maintain employee records.
Assist Store Manager with operations and sales as needed.

Requirements:

Full-time position, minimum SPM qualification.
1-2 years in retail preferred.
Basic computer skills; fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From RM1,800.00/month. Benefits include maternity leave and overtime pay.
