Job Description:
1. Attending to staff welfare and grievances related to human capital matters in the hospital.
2. All staff compensation & Benefit
3. Liaise closely with all staff in all areas of human resources.
4. To ensure accurate record keeping and maintain confidentiality.
5. Ensure every information about staff been documented in staff personnel file.
6. To carry out other HR related duties as assigned from time to time.
