Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of our human resources department. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals of the organization
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
- Developing and implementing employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment
- Overseeing the performance appraisal process and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
