Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
4. Manage the recruitment and selection process with Hiring Managers.
5. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
6. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
9. Administrate the Compensation and Benefit program of the company.
10. Maintain the General Hospitalization Scheme (Insurance) accordingly.
11. Monitor the Office Operation and Admin Operation.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum 5 years relevant HR generalist experiences.
2. Well-versed with EA1955.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conflict.
4. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
